Sponsorship with ASQ Canada Ottawa Valley Section

We have introduced a new sponsorship program which allows organizations to support our local ASQ section by promoting services and events relevant to our community. Each application will be reviewed by our sponsorship committee and approved as deemed appropriate. We have only limited space available so some restrictions will apply. The Ottawa Valley Section is involved in promoting quality events, career opportunities and activities for our community, which includes ASQ members, as well as other similar organizations in eastern Ontario. Our website includes events and activities that appeal to the quality community and is the primary information channel for our section.

We accept paid sponsors only for our website at this point in time. Contact us if you are interested in becoming a sponsor or partner with our section.

We will be expanding our corporate sponsorship program in the near future to include our regular meetings as well as other venues and channels (e.g. Newsletters). If you are interested in finding out more, please contact sponsorship@asqottawa.ca. 

We have two categories of sponsors:

• partnerships
• paid sponsors

Our partners include local quality organizations with whom we have reciprocal agreements to share information, co sponsor events and participate in quality focused activities.

Paid sponsors include those organizations that provide a service to our community of interest or have provided service in kind to the section. 

Rates

Our current rates are:

• $350 for 12 months +GST or
• $40 monthly +GST

Pre-payment will be required before we list paying sponsors.

Entitlement:

Sponsorship includes a listing on the Website (company name, phone number, company-website and brief description), logo placement on the home page as well as one other page on our website (e.g. careers or education). The logo will link to our Sponsors page and from there the visitor can link to the sponsor’s website. As there is a limited space allocated to paid sponsorship, the sponsorship committee will need to approve of any sponsorship or partnership request.
