Processing Payments
ASQ Ottawa Valley has the following process for accepting payments for the Refresher Courses
- Register for the course using the online registration form or contact the Education Chair
- Please indicate preferred method of payment
- Please ensure that you register prior to the cutoff date
- Wait for Confirmation that the course will be held
- If more than 5 people register then the course will be put on
- Location, instructor and dates will be sent to your email address
- ASQ section 407 will send an invoice via email
- The Education chair will confirm that the course will be put on
- The treasurer will contact each person to confirm / collect course fees
- Payments for courses can be processed in several ways:
- By Cheque
- Please mail or deliver your cheque to the treasurer prior to the cutoff date
- If your organization requires an invoice it will be emailed to you and payment by cheque is to be sent to:
By credit card
- please contact the Treasurer.
- We can process Mastercard, American Express and Visa
- For security purposes we will contact each person individually for credit card payment
- Once payment has been received, an email with the invoice marked paid will be sent to you
- For all other transactions or any questions please contact the Treasurer.
