Processing Payments

ASQ Ottawa Valley has the following process for accepting payments for the Refresher Courses

  • Register for the course using the online registration form or contact the Education Chair
    • Please indicate preferred method of payment
    • Please ensure that you register prior to the cutoff date
  • Wait for Confirmation that the course will be held
    • If more than 5 people register then the course will be put on
    • Location, instructor and dates will be sent to your email address
  • ASQ section 407 will send an invoice via email
    • The Education chair will confirm that the course will be put on
    • The treasurer will contact each person to confirm / collect course fees
  • Payments for courses can be processed in several ways:
    •  By Cheque
      • Please mail or deliver your cheque to the treasurer prior to the cutoff date
      • If your organization requires an invoice it will be emailed to you and payment by cheque is to be sent to:
        •   ASQ Ottawa Valley Section 407
          PO Box 6065
          Station "J"
          Ottawa Ontario K2A 1T1
    • By credit card
        •  please contact the Treasurer.
        • We can process Mastercard, American Express and Visa
        • For security purposes we will contact each person individually for credit card payment
        • Once payment has been received, an email with the invoice marked paid will be sent to you
