Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities
• Provides necessary definition, development and deployment of product quality assurance strategy, addressing all phases of product development.
• Manages the planning and execution of product testing efforts, including all associated resources to meet committed delivery dates.
• Assures the viability, functionality and effectiveness of essential tools.
• Troubleshooting and high tier support to Production.
• Establish and maintain policy for documentation
• Implements ongoing quality improvement processes working with interdepartmental teams.
• Develop and manage quality assurance metrics for performance improvement
• Manages Quality Assurance team

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• 10+ years Quality Management related experience in a manufacturing/production environment
• Effective communication and report writing skills.
• Good negotiation skills with customer-oriented attitude.
• Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details.
• Good leadership capabilities to lead projects to successful completion.
• Basic knowledge of applicable software to infer statistical data.
• Familiarity with the tools, concepts and methodologies of quality management

Desirable but non essential experience:
• Flexographic printing industry
• Medical component/device production
