Fujitsu is engaged on a large-scale project to deliver a new system and associated business processes through the acquisition and implementation of a COTS solution to replace the existing legacy system. The team has a requirement for a QA Manager
Responsibilities:
Represents Quality Management and Planning during all steps of the Project and ensures customer satisfaction within the Project.
Sets focus on Customer Satisfaction, ensuring that Customer issues are followed up; supports Customer audits; acts as an internal representative of the Customer Is a Member of the Project Core Team and ensures that the Project Manager has full visibility on all quality aspects of the project.
Ensures quality of the project deliverables including products and services and carries out all necessary preventive and corrective actions including risk analysis.
Produces and obtains approval of the necessary quality deliverables (e.g. Project Quality Plan, Quality Chapter of the Project Safety Case)
Ensures that quality management milestones (Gate Reviews, Design Reviews, Tests, Inspections/Audits, FAI .) are planned, synchronized, and consistent .
Reports alerts (including Top 10 issues) to management.
Ensures through scheduled inspections and audits and delivery reviews that the products and deliverables are compliant with specifications and have followed applicable processes before delivery to the Customer.
Qualifications:

Business or engineering related degree
Experience working with Quality tools and problem solving
Knowledge of Project Management and Risk management within an IT environment
