How do I re-certify?

You can find the steps for recertification by clicking on the "Certification" tab at the top of this page, and then click on the "Re-Certification" link in the left hand column. Once there, you will find instructions, links and contact information to make your re-certification process fast and easy. 

How do I post a quality related job on the website?

Click on the "Careers" tab at the top of this page, and then click on the "How to post jobs" link in the left hand column. From there, follow the instructions for posting a job.

Whats does SMP stand for?

SMP stands for "Strategic Management Plan" and represents the strategic planning process that your Section goes through on an annual basis to ensure continuation of high quality member services. For more information on the SMP process, click on the "About Us" tab at the top of this page, then click on the "Governance" link in the left hand column.
